Grace and I decided to go to The Greenery Buffet for my Bday dinner. But later we realized the they have moved location in the hotel due to renovation. I'm not sure the if the food quality have beed down graded because of relocation, but the food is not as highly regarded as wat it saids in Openrice. Maybe crab lovers would enjoy dinner there because they had 3 types of crabs. But I can't believe they didnt have OYSTERS!!!, thats one of minimum requirements for any hotel buffet in HK. I can understand if they didnt have lobsters, but NO OYSTERS!!!! So Grace and I are going to Conrad later this month to celebrate my B-day again haha...Grace likes J.W. Marriott the best but I prefer Conrad coz it has 2 of my favs...Lobsters and Oysters!!! If Conrad ran out of Oyster that night im seriously gonna kill someone.

Yea, it is always a bad move trying something new for bday dinner. I was disappointed too at my last birthday dinner. Oakland Hall Inn at Stouville was a total disaster. I also had a second bday dinner to compensate. The gravy for the roast beef in your pix was perfect. Just right and not too thick.
